Costs of Dispatched Semen

Costs of Dispatched Semen 2015

Up to three doses of semen will be supplied to achieve pregnancy in one season.
The costs for dispatched chilled semen are £90 inc VAT per cycle to include the collection, semen preparation, packaging and pre 9.00 am postage.

The Nomination form for dispatched semen is to be completed and sent to the stud along with the stud fee and £180 inc VAT deposit to cover 2 collections prior to any semen being dispatched. If a third dose is required then a further £90 inc VAT must be sent before the semen is dispatched.
Any unused money will be credited after the mare is confirmed in foal at Oct 1st along with the covering certificate.

Semen will be sent via The Royal Mail Special delivery service guaranteed by 9 am Tuesday to Friday. Deliveries on Saturday can now be arranged and guaranteed.
Fresh or chilled semen can also be collected from the stud for £60 inc Vat and can also be delivered and inseminated by arrangement.

Semen will only be sent to a recognised BEVA AI approved vet/person or AI centre to ensure that the correct procedures for AI are being followed and therefore ensuring the best possible chance of the mare getting in foal as quickly as possible.

Frozen semen transport costs are to be confirmed at the time of order. 2 doses will be sent initially with the used straws to be returned to the stud after insemination before a third dose is sent or covering certificates issued.
